nResponsibilities
nProvide Senior Systems Engineering and Technical Support for Zero Trust Implementation.
nCollaborate with ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and contribute to strategy and planning documents.
nConduct risk mitigation assessments and provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies.
nCreate and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation (release notes, installation guides, frameworks, SOPs, plans) aligned with Zero Trust mandates.
nResearch and analyze cloud security environments, scalable infrastructures, and identify capability gaps for ICAM services.
nDefine implementation processes and outline hardware/software considerations for ICAM services.
nAuthor technical documentation on system components, configuration details, and advisory content to support ICAM installation and planning.
nAssist software developers with requirement tracking, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support.
nDevelop outreach and communication strategies for external partners.
nRequirements
n10 years of systems engineering experience
nExperience with EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards
nUnderstand the concepts of REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth/SAML), and Kubernetes.
nWork in a collaborative environment, and be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused.
nExperience with software development development methodologies
nAbility to solve complex system/integration problems
nExperience briefing senior-level management
nDemonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
nStrong verbal and written technical communication skills
nAbility to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
nDesired Skills
nExperience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements
nExperience with developing program review materials
nExperience with Confluence and JIRA
nAbility to perform advance troubleshooting
nTier-2 Level 2 support experience a plus
nStrong customer service with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems
