About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for innovative robotic solutions designed specifically for franchise auto dealerships. This role will cover the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and surrounding markets, focusing on in-person outreach and relationship-building with fixed ops leadership at franchised stores.
Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of our robotics solutions in the DFW market, driving awareness and adoption among franchise auto dealerships
  • Conduct daily in-person visits to dealership service departments, engaging with fixed operations directors, service managers, and general managers
  • Generate and follow up on leads, perform product demos, and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to accelerate sales cycles
  • Develop territory-specific strategies to penetrate new accounts and maintain existing relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with internal teams for implementation, customer support, and marketing needs
  • Track and report activity, opportunities, and feedback through the CRM system
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in auto dealership solutions, robotics, technology, or related industries
  • Strong familiarity with franchise auto dealership operations, especially within service and fixed ops
  • Proven ability to open doors and close deals with dealership decision-makers
  • Existing relationships with DFW dealership leadership strongly preferred
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with a high volume of in-person visits (this is a field-based, face-to-face sales role)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Must be based in the DFW area with the ability to travel throughout the region
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling into the automotive retail space
  • Knowledge of dealership parts and service workflows
  • Technical aptitude with robotics, automation, or commercial hardware a plus
