Responsibilities: Prepares food for patients utilizing standardized recipes. Prepares food for catered events as needed. Assists with the work of all Cooks and Cook's Helper. Works with Food Production Manager and Chef to ensure consistent quality while maintaining desired food costs.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and write English. Prior experience in institutional cooking, knowledge in HACCP and batch cooking for high volume cafeteria preferred. Must be able to work 2 weekends per month.
Work Schedule: Must be able to work rotating shifts. (8:30 - 4:30, 9:30-5:30 or 10:00-6:00) as needed. Rotating days.
