Location:
Administration Center The Custodian III (Floater Daytime) position at ACE is available for the 2025-2026 school year. It is a Level 4, 8 hours per day, 249.5 days per year position. Work hours are first shift, Monday through Friday, with altered hours and extra time as needed and approved. Minimum pay rate is $17.75 per hour.
Required skills include a high school diploma and perform routine tasks without direct supervision.
Knowledge and ability to perform job function: Maintains assigned area in highest state of cleanliness, repair and comfort for the success of our students. Ability to perform light building maintenance such as lamp and ballast replacement, painting, ceiling tile replacement, etc. Perform general cleaning duties and operate custodial equipment. Complete special event setups and teardowns. Ability to work outside to perform landscaping and athletic field preparations. Operate lawnmower, snow blower, string trimmer, auto scrubber and other common hand tools. Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 80 pounds and work at heights of up to 30 feet.
