nLine cooks are responsible for providing our guests with safely prepared foods, prepared to recipe specifications, while maintaining a clean kitchen and work station. A line cook sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
nRequirements
nAt least one year kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant
nExperience wish Irish cuisine preferable but not required
nUnderstanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
nStrong desire to learn and grow
nFull availability, including weekends
nCommitment to high-quality food standards
nKnowledge of health department regulations
nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
nPay: $13-$18 per hour, based on experience
