nBPM-PR Firm, a national award-winning public relations agency, is seeking a highly organized, creative, and media-driven Account Executive to manage day-to-day client communications, oversee project execution, and support campaign strategy. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone with 2–4 years of agency experience ready to take the lead on multiple accounts and contribute both creatively and strategically.
nKey Responsibilities
nManage up to 5 client accounts, serving as the lead point of contact for day-to-day communications and updates.
nLead regular client calls, providing updates, insights, next steps, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
nCreate and deliver client-facing weekly and monthly reports, tracking earned media coverage, results, and opportunities.
nTask and manage projects in collaboration with the PR Manager/Director, ensuring all timelines and campaign milestones are met.
nCoordinate and oversee media placement follow-ups, sample requests, and influencer/product mailings.
nDraft and edit core press materials including press releases, pitch letters, bios, and media alerts.
nConduct proactive media outreach and pitching, securing earned placements across national, regional, trade, and digital outlets.
nRoutinely bring creative and strategic ideas to brainstorms and client campaigns to elevate visibility and engagement.
nManage media lists, editorial calendars, contact databases, and tracking tools.
nResearch new media opportunities, trends, contacts, partnerships, and award submissions.
nSupport events, product launches, and influencer activations as needed.
nEnsure smooth project execution through organized task management, cross-team communication, and clear deliverables.
nWhat We’re Looking For
n2–4 years of public relations experience, ideally in an agency environment.
nStrong understanding of media outreach, campaign execution, and client communication.
nProven ability to pitch and secure media placements across a variety of industries.
nExperience leading client calls, managing up to 5 accounts, and owning reporting responsibilities.
nExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
nProactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable in a deadline-driven environment.
nComfortable with MuckRack, Cision, Google Workspace, and tools like Basecamp or Asana.
nA collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas and lead initiatives.
nBonus if you have experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or corporate PR.
