  • Calculate total logistics costs across transportation, packaging, warehousing, and inventory for project proposals.
  • Design and update shop floor layouts to support lean and efficient operations.
  • Support the launch of new projects and facilities with integrated logistics and supply chain planning.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying waste and inefficiencies using Value Stream Mapping and lean tools.
  • Standardize and optimize supply chain elements such as containers, racks, internal vehicles, and labeling systems.
  • Facilitate the implementation of lean material handling systems (e.g., Kanban, AVs, kitting, and supermarkets).
  • Prepare data for negotiations with third-party logistics providers, including cost modeling and contract term tracking.
  • Create customized packaging and container solutions aligned with plant needs.
  • Apply global best practices across regional operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain planning tools and logistics optimization software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
