Tivoli'sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler Technicians to support our commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, inspection, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform layout and pipefitting work using appropriate tools and techniques
- Identify and resolve system issues or deficiencies
- Ensure all systems meet code requirements and pass inspections
- Communicate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors as needed
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- 2-5 years of fire sprinkler installation or service experience
- Familiarity with wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
- Proficiency in cutting, threading, grooving, and welding pipe (steel, CPVC)
- Strong understanding of NFPA 13 and local fire codes
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- NICET Level I or II in Sprinkler Layout or Inspection (preferred)
- OSHA 10 Certification (minimum), OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
