Golf Reservation Sales Agent
Job description: Lookingfor a full-time Golf sales reservations agent. In this position you will be comfortable with incoming and outgoingcalls that contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the company. Theprimary responsibility is to capture as many reservations, golf packages, andguest data as possible; by utilizing selling techniques effectively throughinbound, outbound, and email. The ideal candidate is courteous, reliable,self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.

Shift8:00AM to 10:00 PM
$14.00-$15.00/hr.

Jobresponsibilities:
• Be respectful/ patient when taking calls
• Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer theappropriate reservation
• Contribute to the sales goals of the company
• Capture reservations and golf packages in an efficient manner
• Follow all company safetyand security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards
Requirements:
• Must be able to work weekends, and holidays
• General knowledge of golf or area courses would be a plus butnot necessary if they are willing to learn
• Basic computer skills with a typing speed of at least 32 wpm
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Would like someone with sales or customer service experience. Ifyou don't have the experience, we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel
