Job Description
- Be the primary point of contact for all customer communication
- Lead a small cross-functional team on and off the production floor
- Develop and execute all corrective actions
- Root cause analysis and CI activity
- Involvement in audits
- Involvement in other core quality processes like PPAP, APQP, etc
- Inspections, GD&T
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of quality engineering experience, with 3+ years of supervisory/team management
- 5-10 years of direct customer interaction experience
- Corrective action expert
- Root Cause Analysis experience
- Experience in metal fabrication or stamping preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a big plus
- Red X problem solving experience a plus
- Six Sigma certification a plus
- Salary up to 120,000 based on experience
