SAIC is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in North Charleston, SC .

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will:

n

• n

  Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.

  n
n
• n

  Maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.

  n
n
• n

  Provide Source Control Management/Documentation, create and maintain fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts. Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance.

  n
n
• n

  Support full automation of CI/ testing. Support policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.

• n

  Enable successful release management by moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production.

  n
n
• n

  Work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms.

  n

• n

  Provide guidance and apply agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations of product.

  n

• n

  Continuously identify opportunities to automate and save time.

  n
n

n

Qualifications

n

Required Education and Experience:

n

n
• n

  Bachelor's degree and five (5) or more years of experience. Additional years experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

  n
n
• n

  Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).

  n
n
• n

  Strong expertise in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

  n
n
• n

  Hands-on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter).

  n
n
• n

  Experience with ArgoCD for continuous deployment and GitOps.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in administering and supporting Windows and Linux environments.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with AWX/Ansible Tower for managing automation tasks.

  n
n
• n

  Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.

  n
n
• n

  Must be a US Citizen with an active secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

  n
n
• n

  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  n
n
• n

  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  n
n

  Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
