Job Description
nThis position is responsible for managing all aspects and phases of civil engineering design development practices in adherence to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air force and army surveying, planning, and design standards.
nThis person will be observing and assistant with reviewing calculations and designs
nWork closely with the field team and answer their questions and challenges
nReview processes in client meetings and get with the government to to review designs and make sure it meets RFP and UFC requirements
nThey will be doing permitting-writing reports for analysis of the site plans
nObserve sites and deal with challenges for grade for storm water, and existing infrastructure
nThey will be working on new AND rebuild/renovation structures such as HQ buildings, waterline repairs, storm water replacements, buildings for site development
nThey will be running with multiple projects at once depending on the amount of workload they have
nTravel once a moth might be required to go on the field depending on the project
nThis person will be very involved in doing the hands on designing
nSalary ranging from 140,000-160,000

BS in Civil Engineering
n n - n
PE license
n n
-15+ years of experience in civil design, project delivery, or equivalent in industrial construction projects (example: design land development, building pads, infrastructure on new builds)
n-Civil 3D experience under AutoDesk Platform Project management background from DOD-leading a project or a design
nEnvironmental permitting experience
nBackground of designing, not so much reporting coming from transportations projects such as designing the roads.
nBackground in site planning
nHydrocad experience-this is a module under autodesk null
