Medical Assistant @ Cook County Health and Hospitals System

We have a full-time Medical Assistant opening at a women's clinic in 1969 W Ogden Ave
Chicago, IL . Here are the details:
Schedule : Mon-Thurs, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10s)
Pay rate: $24/hr
Guaranteed Hours : 40/week
Float : Required (Cook is a mandatory float facility)
RTO Policy : Max 5 days; no more than 2 consecutive days. No holidays or weekends.
Certs Required :

• BLS
• MA certification from one of the following: AAMA, AMT, NHA, ARMA, NCCT, or NRCMA

Experience :

• 2+ years preferred with MA Associate's/Diploma
  OR
• 5+ years MA experience + certification

Other Info :

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Scrub Color: Ceil Blue
• Charting: Cerner
• Parking: $2/day at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC)
• Free shuttle every 15 mins from Stroger
