A highly respected and long-standing investment firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This role is central to ensuring a personalized, responsive experience for the firm's national clientele, assisting in everything from new account setup to day-to-day operational support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting compliance, account operations, and internal process improvements while representing the firm's commitment to integrity and client care.

Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate follow-up
- Process account forms, wires, ACH requests, and account updates through custodians
- Track RMDs, manage client calls, and update client data in CRM and portfolio systems
- Collaborate across departments to resolve client service and custodial issues
- Support compliance efforts with documentation, retention, and risk management procedures
- Assist with quarterly report preparation and distribution
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records for client accounts and firm documentation
- Contribute to internal projects and suggest process improvements
- Professionally represent the firm in all internal and external communications
- 5+ years of experience in investment/financial services, banking, or RIA operations
- General knowledge of investment account types, registrations, rollovers, and RIAs vs. trusts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with both structured processes and collaborative flexibility
- Experience with AdvisorEngine/Junxure, PortfolioCenter, or similar CRM/portfolio tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center or other custodial platforms
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
