Position Summary:
Actively work with Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as Wireless, ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting and laboratory equipment. Develop sales strategies for your applicable region, Conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identify valid leads, follow-up and coordinate with sales management.
Responsibilities :
Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders inline with assigned targets
Work to streamline sales processes and workflow
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM
This full-time position's anticipated annual base pay range is $80,000-$120,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
Your qualificationsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
Experience in compliance services, minimum 3-5 years
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and website inquiries;
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with CRM systems;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines;
Thrive in a fast-pace environment and work well under pressure;
Articulate, professional, courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers
Customer service-oriented;
Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude
