n• Within LM Space, the Echo Program Area is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the program area as a Systems Engineer. This exciting position will fill a critical need in the new and emerging area of protecting space assets.
n• As part of an team, you will have the opportunity during your time on the program to work on Systems Engineer tasks across the full range of the Systems Engineer "V" from requirements and design to verification and everything in between including conops development, interface definition, integration and test, analysis, and planning. You will collaborate with the development teams, other contractors, customers, and other subject matter experts.
n• You will work closely with your team's Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Associate Chief Engineer to support customer demos and various other milestone events.
n• The ideal candidate will bring previous Systems Engineering experience to the role, with potential to move toward a leadership role.
nThis position provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire engineering life-cycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their Systems Engineering background at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. nBasic Qualifications:
n• Experience with Systems Engineering with depth in at least 1 or more of the following:
no requirements management
no architecture design
no test and verification
no conops development
no interface definition
no analysis
no risk management
n• Experience producing quality technical documentation (e.g. procedures, test documentation, training materials, design documentation)
n• Active TS security clearance to start and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
nDesired Skills:
n• Experience with requirements verification, feature test, and/or unit test
n• Experience with CONOPS development
n• Experience working on an scrum team
n• Experience with automated test
n• Experience with DevSecOps
n• Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Software Factory

n• Domain knowledge of planning and scheduling antenna resources
n• Domain knowledge of control and statusing antenna resources
n• Experience with GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
n• Full development lifecycle experience
n• Outstanding teamwork and communications skills

n• Active TS/SCI clearance

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
