nnJOB OVERVIEW: Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing department trainer to work in our Agency Development area. This position will assist in the training of our Atlas agents and other Agency Development and Services tasks.
nnOther responsibilities for this role:

- Facilitate instructor-led agent training webinars, assist with new agent onboarding, monitor, and update training modules n
- Field new agent phone calls and assisting with scanning, rating, registrations, and any general questions they may have. n
- Assist established agents with the same issues n
- Serve as the backup to the Paint/Quality Program n
- Rate comparisons for prospective new agents, assisting with other Agency Development and Services tasks as directed n
- Provide service desk support relating to agent systems access, issues with Atlas systems (Dispatch, Estimating, Survey, etc.) n
EMPLOYMENT TYPE & HOURS: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F.
