We're looking for remote, motivated self-starters with a sales and insurance background who share in our mission of helping people manage the risks of every day life and recover from the unexpected.
Requirements :

• Must Possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• 1 Year Minimum of State Farm Experience Required
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in Marketing
• Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
• Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

Responsibilities : We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in helping our customers.

• Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
• Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts.
• Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00 PM EST (Must be able to work hours of operation in Eastern Standard time zones.)
Compensation : $40,000-$60,000 Per Year

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
