Primary Responsibilities:

n

n
• n

  Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the maintenance shop

  n
n
• n

  Coordinate dispatch and maintenance with the Coach & Tour Division

  n
n
• n

  Maintain good customer relations

  n
n
• n

  Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DATTCO-s policies and procedures and all applicable laws

  n
n
• n

  Ability to train, coach and develop staff

  n
n
• n

  Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on a variety of vehicles

  n
n
• n

  Performs diagnostic and repair work

  n
n
• n

  Completes required paperwork with regards to repair orders and parts usage

  n
n
• n

  Makes road calls

  n
n
• n

  Owns and maintains the proper hand tools to perform job functions

  n
n

n

Position Requirements:

n

n
• n

  High school diploma or equivalent

  n
n
• n

  Minimum of 3 years- experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair

  n
n
• n

  Reliable, motivated and have a strong work ethic

  n
n
• n

  Skills to sufficiently diagnose and repair heavy-duty vehicles

  n
n
• n

  CT driver-s license

  n
n
• n

  Hold, or be eligible to possess, a CDL license

  n
n
• n

  Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications

  n
n
• n

  Possess the physical strength to safely perform all required tasks

  n
n
• n

  Must possess adequate verbal and written communication skills in English

  n
n

n
