Premier Project Management provides design, procurement, engineering development and project management services to hotels. This includes implementing the majority of capital improvements for properties owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts (NYSE: BHR), and other hotel ownership groups.
Essential Functions:
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
- Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities for awards, top lists and panel speaking opportunities
- Planning and scheduling around conferences and industry events
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
- Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
- Manage website, social media campaigns and online reputation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Work with other departments to help strategize and create strategic topics that promote Premier Project Management as a thought leader.
- BA or BS Degree from accredited University
- 3-5 Years of practical experience
