Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with mid-market or enterprise-level customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide regular forecasts and reports on sales pipeline and performance metrics
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technology or SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of technology and SaaS industry trends
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions and their business applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
