Job Summary
As the Part-Time Front End Supervisor, you will oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. Your role is to coach, teach, and develop team members, ensuring that they provide excellent member service. You will be responsible for monitoring membership metrics, driving performance, and ensuring that all member requests are processed efficiently and positively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members, fostering their development and engagement.
- Ensure outstanding member service through effective communication and operational excellence.
- Monitor and drive key membership performance metrics.
- Support a safe and positive environment for both members and team members.
- Manage daily operations at the front end, including cash handling and member service issues.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Background in membership or sales highly regarded.
- Previous cashier experience is an asset.
- Basic math skills needed.
Work Environment:
- Frequent movement on hard surfaces.
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds, and occasionally heavy or awkward items with assistance.
- Comfortable indoor work environment with minimal exposure to loud noises or extreme temperatures.
