Butler School District 53 is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources, and Business Office, and functions. This full-time, year-round position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate employee and records, coordinating onboarding and benefits, supporting district purchasing, and ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience (school setting preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency in office technology and data systems.
