Electrical Engineer - Power Studies

Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer with a strong background with arc flash risk assessment and coordination studies. This role will act as a Lead Power Studies Engineer. The Engineer will need experience using SKM Power Tools to perform Short Circuit Studies, Coordination Studies, and Arc Flash Risk Assessments. This role will use SKM Power Tools to perform short circuit, coordination studies, and arch flash risk assessments for medium voltage relays, low voltage breakers, coordination studies and arc flash risk assessments.nThe client needs someone with experience as a Power Studies Engineer. This is an Electrical Engineer who has spent at least eight years doing power system studies using SKM Power tools. It doesn’t have to been 100 percent of the candidate’s job, but it needs to be something they have done more than a couple times. These studies will be the main priority of this job.nIdeally looking for 8+ years with a PE but if you find someone without the PE who has the experience, they will be considered.
