Lube Technician

Location: 12836 US-67, De Soto, MO 63020
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: Pay based on experience
State Inspection Certification a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs
• Rotate, mount, and balance tires
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, etc.
• Assist with vehicle check-ins and basic diagnostics
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a lube tech or general service technician preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Missouri State Vehicle Inspection Certification (preferred, not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within our service department

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends!
