- Develop optimal process conditions using decoupled molding techniques for new product launches. n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding processes, materials, or equipment to ensure smooth operations. n
- Evaluate tooling for potential improvements in quality and efficiency, providing recommendations to optimize molding processes, setups, and overall manufacturing. n
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to enhance process capability and performance. n
- Maintain and update mold process sheets to ensure they reflect the most accurate process settings. n
- Train and support process technicians in the application of scientific molding principles. n
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction efforts and efficiency enhancements. n
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to analyze process capabilities and implement process improvements. n
- Program and fine-tune robots and peripheral equipment to support automated processes. n

- Over 5 years of practical, hands-on experience in injection molding. n
- Strong working knowledge of injection molding processes and ancillary equipment. n
- Comprehensive understanding of various thermoplastic materials and their properties. n
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and precision. n

- Experience mentoring and developing junior members of the molding process development team. n
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends to meet project or production demands. n
