Job Description:
- The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will combine software engineering skills with operations expertise to ensure that our systems are reliable, available, and scalable.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at working with complex systems, monitoring and diagnosing issues quickly, and have backend development experience using Scala, Java, or TypeScript.
- Monitor systems, identify issues, and swiftly implement fixes to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design scalable and highly available systems.
- Automate repetitive tasks to streamline processes and reduce human error.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools to provide insights into system performance and potential issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of system failures and apply preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
