We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is ready to jump into complex projects, lead with technical excellence, and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do:
- Develop custom hydronic system flush plans based on site conditions, specifications, and equipment limitations.
- Conduct on-site visits to collect critical system data for planning and execution.
- Partner with Sales and Estimating teams during project conceptualization phases.
- Perform pump sizing and heat transfer calculations to ensure system efficiency.
- Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify operational or process inefficiencies and lead improvements that elevate execution and safety standards.
- Ensure all work aligns with U.S. Export Control Laws and internal safety policies.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong background in piping systems commissioning (hydronic flushing experience is a must)
- Hands-on experience with large hydronic systems and/or data center construction (preferred).
- Proficiency in piping and flow modeling software, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and project scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Based primarily in an office with regular field visits to job sites.
- Exposure to mechanical noise, wet/humid conditions, fumes, and PPE-required environments.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
