We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is ready to jump into complex projects, lead with technical excellence, and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do:
  • Develop custom hydronic system flush plans based on site conditions, specifications, and equipment limitations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to collect critical system data for planning and execution.
  • Partner with Sales and Estimating teams during project conceptualization phases.
  • Perform pump sizing and heat transfer calculations to ensure system efficiency.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify operational or process inefficiencies and lead improvements that elevate execution and safety standards.
  • Ensure all work aligns with U.S. Export Control Laws and internal safety policies.
Who Are You:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong background in piping systems commissioning (hydronic flushing experience is a must)
  • Hands-on experience with large hydronic systems and/or data center construction (preferred).
  • Proficiency in piping and flow modeling software, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Work Environment:
  • Based primarily in an office with regular field visits to job sites.
  • Exposure to mechanical noise, wet/humid conditions, fumes, and PPE-required environments.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
