Position Overview:
Electric Dough Pizza Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Pizza and Salad Crafters to join our team. As a Pizza and Salad Crafter, you'll be at the core of our kitchen, crafting exceptional, high-quality pizzas and salads using fresh ingredients and our state-of-the-art electric ovens. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a dedication to creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every pizza is made to perfection.
Responsibilities:
Pizza and Salad Preparation:
• Prepare and assemble pizzas and salads with precision, following company recipes and guest customizations.
• Masterfully handle the dough canvases to achieve the perfect ratio of ingredients in accordance with our specs.
• Accurately portion toppings and ensure even distribution for visually appealing and delicious pizzas.
• Operate and monitor electric pizza ovens to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection every time.
Kitchen Operations:
• Maintain a clean and organized station, including prep areas, tools, and ovens.
• Assist in daily prep tasks, such as preparing sauces, slicing fresh ingredients, and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Quality Control:
• Take pride in ensuring every pizza meets Electric Dough Pizza Co.'s high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Address any food preparation or quality issues promptly to maintain consistency.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other kitchen team and dining team members to ensure efficient operations during busy service times.
• Communicate effectively to accommodate guest requests or special orders with accuracy.
Customer Focus:
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing food quickly, accurately, and with care.
• Understand the importance of your role in creating memorable moments for every guest.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a pizza-making or kitchen role is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for food, creativity, and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player.
