Top Capabilities You'll Bring to the Table:
- Strategic Systems Engineering - Translate high-level mission needs (ECDs, SOCs, CONOPS, etc.) into clear, testable technical requirements.
- Requirements Lifecycle Management - Drive the development and traceability of program requirements using advanced tools (DOORS NG, JIRA, Tableau).
- Enterprise Architecture Alignment - Integrate systems and services using the Joint Architecture Reference Model (JARM) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Mission-Focused Analysis - Conduct duplication and gap analyses that inform investment decisions and capability development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Lead cross-functional engagement with NGA stakeholders, acquisition offices, and technical boards.
- Agile Methodology Familiarity - Support or lead agile workflows, from user story development to scrum participation.
- Mentorship & Leadership - Guide junior and mid-level engineers in requirements engineering best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in requirements engineering or a related systems engineering field.
- Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and NGA's mission.
- Expertise in traceability tools and MBSE environments.
- Comfortable interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Master's preferred).
- Prior experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC or DoD programs highly desirable.
- MBSE Tools (e.g., Cameo, IBM DOORS NG)
- Requirements Tracking : JIRA, Confluence
- Visualization & Reporting : Tableau
- Frameworks : JARM, Agile (Scrum)
