nYou will be the Reliability Engineer Staff for our MFC Enterprise Facilities team, responsible for developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities across the MFC Portfolio. nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs the Reliability Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating reliability engineering efforts across the MFC Enterprise, working closely with site reliability engineers to analyze equipment performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement predictive maintenance programs. You will also develop and implement RCM programs to optimize maintenance activities, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
nYour responsibilities will include:
n* Leading and coordinating reliability engineering efforts across the MFC Enterprise
n* Developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs and RCM programs
n* Analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
n* Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failures
n* Collaborating with maintenance teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and procedures
n* Developing and maintaining reliability metrics, such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR)
n* Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, and developing business cases to support implementation
n* Working with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements
n* Developing and delivering training programs to educate personnel on RCM principles and best practices

nBasic Qualifications:
n- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
n- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related field.
n- Strong knowledge of RCM principles, FMEA, and RCA methodologies.
n- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
n- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
nDesired Skills:
n- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
n- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
n- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
