Overview:

n

We are hiring a Quality Engineer to lead and support over New Product Introductions (NPIs) at our customer's AS9100-certified aerospace facility. This role will focus on APQP execution, FAIR documentation, and training junior QEs in defect reduction and continuous improvement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

• n

  Drive APQP deliverables for new aerospace components, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and PPAP

  n
n
• n

  Prepare and submit comprehensive FAIR packages for new and revised products

  n
n
• n

  Train and mentor Quality Engineers on defect reduction using data analysis, RCCA, and project planning

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet program targets

  n
n
• n

  Utilize MS Office tools to document, present, and track quality engineering workstreams

  n
n

n

Required Qualifications:

n

n
• n

  5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.

  n
n
• n

  Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in APQP processes and tools, including FAIRs and RCCA

  n
n
• n

  Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  n
n
• n

  Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  n
n
• n

  Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
