System Engineer Level 1

Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a System Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area.

Seeking a System Engineer with hands-on experience in both Linux and Windows environments, deep familiarity with RF systems, and a strong background in FORNSAT operations. This individual will provide end-to-end systems engineering support across the project lifecycleu2014from concept to deploymentu2014with a focus on secure, resilient, and mission-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

  Support full lifecycle systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, design, integration, verification, and validation

  Provide expertise across both Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring compatibility and security

  n

• n

  Design, test, and optimize RF systems, antennas, and signal paths

  n

• n

  Apply FORNSAT knowledge to support signal collection and analysis initiatives

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including software developers, analysts, and field engineers

  n
n
• n

  Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and configuration management artifacts, while supporting mission operations and resolve technical issues in real time

  n
n

Requirements

An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

  Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

• n

  A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus 7 (Seven) years of systems engineering experience. OR A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area).
