* Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Schedule meetings between candidates and our hiring specialists for comprehensive evaluations
* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and aid the hiring process
* Keep meticulous and updated records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires achieved from your initiatives
