Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Environment: The work is typically indoors in an office environment and will be in office and/or remote.
Work Hours: The position is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, in a hybrid office/remote setting with 2 days/week being remote work. Time of initial start may vary with work hours typically 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The employee may be required to work overtime and holidays or weekends.
Physical and Mental Demands : Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols, ZO grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, demonstrate ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results. They must possess the ability to collaborate with peers across the organization to gain support for ideas and execute on projects.

- Lead paid and organic search strategy and execution: define objectives and benchmarks; forecast and allocate spend; manage media planning, execution, measurement, and optimization in conjunction with agency partners
- Lead paid social planning and execution: define objectives and benchmarks; forecast and allocate spend; manage planning, execution, measurement, and optimization in conjunction with agency partners
- Partner with cross-functional marketing team and Sr. Manager of eCommerce to develop new social commerce initiatives
- Lead affiliate, retargeting, and CRM strategy and execution
- Own analytics and reporting across channels working in close collaboration with internal and external partners, driving media efficiency
- Oversee creative process across channels, collaborating with brand marketing, agency partners and internal web developers
- Have a data-driven mindset, focusing on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Be on the lookout for new platforms and emerging media, keeping abreast of digital marketing trends and opportunities
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially working with cross-functional teams
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize marketing budgets and maximize ROI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or an associated field of study required
- Minimum six years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on DTC performance marketing.
- Proven success in managing and scaling seven-figure budgets with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with paid social, search, and affiliate marketing.
- Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or CPG industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
