nThe deli production clerk's primary responsibilities are to support the kitchen with preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall and self-serve counters. They will work at a fast pace to assist with preparing entrees, salads, side dishes and soups to keep fresh, abundant and high quality products ready to offer our guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. They will also provide world-class service to our guests as needed.

nnResponsibilities
nAs a deli production clerk your responsibilities include preparing ready-to-eat foods, packaging and labeling all produced goods, receiving and breaking down loads, rotating product, and working at a fast pace while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. The shifts will be between 4am-10pm daily so open availability is a must.
nQualifications
nYou should meet the following requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age n
- Ability to lift 50 lbs n
- Ability to work well independently or on a team n
- Background working in high volume kitchen setting with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment n
- Basic computer skills n
- A sense of urgency while paying attention to the details n
- Ability to multitask and prioritize n
- A positive attitude is essential n
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus n
