This candidate will be in charge of improving the manufacturing process.nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.nRequired by ClientnnDevelop and implement the 5S program.nDrive continuous improvement by planning and leading kaizen events.nProvide support to plant operations to ensure KPI targets are achieved.nOversee the development and implementation of capital expenditure projects.nIdentify the manufacturing equipment requirements.nPerform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing non-conformances.nCreate work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flows.nMust reside and be eligible to work in the United StatesnnPreferred by ClientnnBachelor's degree in Engineering; preferred fields include Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.nEquivalent experience will be taken into account.nMinimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Engineering.nExperience in leading kaizen events.nBackground in fabrication and assembly.nFamiliarity with value stream mapping.nMechanical assembly experience.nMinimal travel required, 10% or lessnnPay Rate: $80k+nTerm: Direct HirenLocation: Bessemer, AL 35022nTo hear more about this position please click apply or contact Jacob Perry: or (470) 203-9211
