You'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing technical expertise and managing the structural engineering aspects.nWhat you'll do:nnLead the structural engineering design for assigned projects, including steel and concrete structures for retail, commercial, or industrial buildings.nCollaborate with the Project Manager and other engineers to plan, organize, and control project activities within budget and schedule.nReview project documents like fee contracts and scopes of work.nParticipate in project kick-off meetings to define project goals and requirements.nProvide guidance and training to junior engineers or interns assigned to your projects.nMonitor project progress and identify potential budget or schedule issues proactively.nWork collaboratively with the Project Manager to manage change orders and client expectations.nAssist with reviewing shop drawings and submittals during construction.nStay up-to-date on building codes, standards, and industry trends.nnWhat you bring to the table:nnBachelor's degree of Civil Engineering from an accredited university.n3+ years of experience in structural engineering design for buildings.nProficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, RISA) and building design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.nA meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.nnJoin our team and make a real impact on exciting projects!
