Mechanic

The Mechanic ensures the optimal functioning of all equipment, machines, and mechanical systems within the state of the art mattress manufacturing facility. The role involves troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and repairing various production equipment to avoid operational disruptions
Location: Glendale, AZ or Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $25-35 hourly, based on experience
Hours: First shift 5am or 6am - 3pm or second shift 3pm-1am.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing machinery used in mattress production, such as quilting machines, sewing machines, and foam cutting equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Collaborating with production staffto understand equipment performance and address recurring issues.
• Documenting repairs and maintenance activities for compliance and tracking.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Experience with industrial equipment
