- FOH Base Wage + Tips = about $17-$19/hour : Working in the Front of House as a Counter Server, you'll earn a $11.00/hour base wage. Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, and typically average about $6-$8/hour, generally a little lower than average on day shifts and higher on nights. Money in your pocket at the end of each shift! We also add $1/hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays. n

Job Expectations
nYour role will be to serve customers while also keeping up with cleaning and stocking tasks. You'll be greeting customers, tossing salads, slinging slices into the finishing ovens, and ringing people up. You'll also be answering phones and entering orders into our system for pick-ups and deliveries. You'll have an awesome team by your side, so even when things get hectic, you'll have backup. And let's talk about the tips - they'll have you swimming in dough!

- Be able to stand and walk for long periods. n
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs. This is an active job! n
- Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other related equipment. n
- English language proficiency is required for this position. n
- Must be 18+ to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Story Hill location or for a Seasonal Summer Catering position. All other positions/locations require you to be 18+ years of age. n

Availability and Scheduling
nThe East Side location (2035 North Ave) is currently open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
nOur restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. At this time we are looking for primarily part-time employees that can close at least 2x per week: Thursday (4:30pm-2:30am), Friday (4:30pm-4am), or Saturday (4:30pm-4am). If you are looking for full-time hours, your availability should be mostly open and flexible.
nWe'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule every week. For full-timers, though, we'll make sure you average 30-40 hours each week to ensure your health and dental benefits eligibility.
