nThese positions are located in Alexandria, VA.

nAs an Apple Systems Engineer, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
nDuties: n

• Responsible for managing and maintaining apple hardware and software.
n
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability for macOS and iOS devices.
n
• Handle system configurations, software updates, troubleshooting, and user support for Apple products.
n

nSkills and Experience:
nRequired: nn

n
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification or equivalent.
n
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting macOS and iOS devices.
n
• Proficiency in system administration for Apple environments, including device configuration and management.
n
• Knowledge of how to best optimize security for Apple systems.
n
• Understanding of network configurations and protocols related to Apple devices.
n
• Experience with software deployment tools such as Jamf
n
• Experience in scripting in programs such as Bash or AppleScript to automate tasks.
n
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
n
• Ability to provide support and training to end-users for Apple products.
n
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for Apple systems.
n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
n
• Ability to manage Apple-related projects and coordinate with IT teams.
n

• Proficiency in Apple operating systems, including macOS and iOS.
n
• Familiarity with Apple hardware, including Mac computers and mobile devices PCs (Macs), tablets (iPADs), notebooks and laptops.
n
• Experience in managing Apple servers and services, such as macOS Server.
n
• 2+ years of experience administering and maintaining Apple software, hardware and in systems engineering or a related field, specifically with Apple products and technologies.
