nWe are seeking a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Procurement Analyst, Senior to provide procurement support for the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program (PMA 262) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and possess the following education and experience:

- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives n
- Analyzes requirements, status, schedules, and funding availability for execution n
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses n
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs n
- Tracks program/project procurement status and schedules of expected delivery n
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management n
Responsibilities:

- Perform procurement duties for the GFE Team by initiating and/or reviewing Procurement documentation. Processes funding requests for orders through Production initiation Documents (PIDS), Military Standard Requesting & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIPs), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and other funding execution processes to achieve deliveries in accordance with Contract Statements of Work (SOW) requirements for the MQ-4C Triton Production, Rework and Modifications Lines n
- Provides annual and ongoing Funding and Requirements, Execution and Tracking Support for the procurement and delivery of GFE for both the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft and ground segments n
- Interacts with Program Office IPT Points of Contact, other field activities, vendors and the prime contractor to execute procurements, monitor status and respond to specific GFE issues in order to reduce risk to production line work stoppages n
- Develop the Contractual GFX lists for all program contracts n
- Keeps WAWF GFP Attachments current within Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) n
- Provide frequent and periodic updates to the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Develop Spend Plan Initiation Documents (SPIDs) to align GFE procurements to Fiscal Year budgets. n
- Execute and maintain a schedule of equipment procurements to meet production or retrofit line on-dock requirements n
- Updates and maintains records information within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Vendor Government Equipment Inventory information for PMA-262 n
- Provide the Production IPT leads with recurring briefings on equipment delivery status, upcoming procurements, delays and potential impacts to production or retrofit n
- Assist the NAVSUP Liaison in processing 221 Q Goods Issue of Project Stock in NERP n
Experience: MA/MS degree and more than ten (10) years of experience
nALLOWABLE DEGREE SUBSTITUTION: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.
