nJob Summary Cooks at 1830 Chophouse are responsible for the preparation of food items at their assigned station during their shift. Teamwork and good communication are essential to ensuring the food is ready in a timely manner.
nResponsibilities
nPrep and stock needed items on your station
nPrepare all ordered menu items based on the recipes provided
nHelp any team member who requires additional assistance
nClean up your station and any equipment used
nRestock items for the next shift
nQualifications
n1-3 Years of previous cooking experience preferred
nBasic kitchen skills including using a knife, proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and teamwork
nAbility to read and understand a recipe
nAbility to weigh and measure ingredients
nAbility to stand for long periods of time
