What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all phases of electrical construction projects-from bidding and planning to execution and closeout
- Analyze blueprints/specs, coordinate material procurement, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, change orders, and client communication
- Conduct site walk-throughs, inspections, and oversee field operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and support financial planning of assigned projects
- Prepare and negotiate change proposals and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
- 10+ years of electrical project management experience -large job experience preferred with private sector experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and OSHA 30 certification (a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints, develop estimates, and manage project documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Accubid software experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
