THE VENUE

n

The Spurs Club is a first-of-its-kind chef-driven private social club and restaurant located atop the Victory Capital Performance Center at The Rock at La Cantera. Members can gather to work, entertain, and unwind in a premier style. Members will enjoy an array of amenities including multiple bars, fine dining, lounge/personal workspace, and access and connectivity to the Spurs organization. The facility includes a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the San Antonio Spurs.

THE ROLE

n

The Receptionist is responsible for providing office support and completing administrative tasks. The Receptionist position is based out of San Antonio, TX and reports to the Membership Manager. RESPONSIBLITIES • Assisting staff with multiple projects.• Answering incoming calls to the member desk.• Providing customer service.• Assisting with general front office management issues as needed.• Completing general office duties such as postage/shipping, telephones & computer tasks.• Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS

n

• Excellent customer service.• Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization.• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships.• Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly.• Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow.• Detail Oriented.• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Must have computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel.• Must be fluent in English.• Organized and detail oriented.• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
