Position Summary:
Creates a warm, welcoming experience by assisting guests with luggage, parking, and transportation. Provides information about hotel services and local attractions, ensures smooth traffic flow, and maintains guest satisfaction through attentive service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with luggage, doors, and directions.
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain room features.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, maintaining proper records and key control.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and luggage; handle laundry/valet requests.
  • Answer guest questions about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
  • Monitor and direct vehicle traffic to ensure safety and flow.
  • Report safety concerns or guest issues to management.
  • Transport guests within hotel property or nearby areas using hotel vehicles.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure public and parking areas.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to drive manual vehicles.
  • Must speak, read, and understand English.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
Primarily outdoor role with exposure to weather. Must run, lift, push/pull luggage carts, and operate vehicles. Requires close attention to safety and guest interaction.
