- 8+ Years of application performance monitoring experience with 5+ years of experience in AppDynamics
- Experience in Big Panda, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace etc are a plus
- Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting and monitoring using APM tools(Full-stack monitoring tools)
- Hands on experience in diagnostics, alerting, dashboard and business transaction monitoring
- Should perform analysis on logs and use problem solving techniques to identify the root cause
- Integration experience in integrating with third party products, applying patches and upgrades
- Experience in setting up and analyzing the analytical data for future predictions
