POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for all Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical service requests. Processes service requests, liaison between customers and field technicians, and fulfills customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within the service department.
Position Requirements
Position Description:
-Answer incoming calls and online customer requests related to service, billing, and other departments.
-Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner.
-Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
-Communicate job specifics directly to Field Technicians.
-Order parts and rebook follow-up call.
-Listen to customer concerns and work to resolve problems, with urgency.
-Monitor Dispatch Board for dispatch capacity and scheduling efficiency.
Licensing and Experience:
-Valid Driver's License
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-1-3 Years of Experience in a Customer Service Dispatcher Environment Required.
-Plumbing, HVAC, and / or Electrical experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
-Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4pm
-On Call Rotation
