Product Development & Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the creation and execution of innovative new products across skincare, makeup, and color cosmetics. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product launches, manage lifecycle updates, and ensure timely development from concept to shelf. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of new product concepts, from research through to launch
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and cross-departmental communication to ensure on-time delivery of new products
• Forecast SKUs monthly, analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and market shifts to optimize planning
• Evaluate product performance by SKU and provide recommendations on new opportunities, product discontinuations, or improvements
• Support the product development lifecycle by reviewing bills of materials and ensuring accuracy with supply chain partners
• Coordinate consumer testing and market research including distribution of samples, collection of feedback, and reporting findings
• Manage packaging and copy development processes, ensuring all artwork and communications meet brand, regulatory, and timeline standards
• Partner with internal departments (Creative, Regulatory, Education, etc.) to execute product launches, training, and promotional support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Product Development, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; beauty or consumer goods industry preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience with ERP systems (SYSPRO a plus)
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
