nJob Description:
nResponsible for efficient and timely servicing of all inbound and outbound patient and provider phone calls in the Department of Surgery. Adheres to appropriate phone scripts and provides accurate and succinct messages in response to inquiries. Schedules appointments accurately and triages calls to appropriate staff. He/she follows established center policies and procedures, demonstrates the ICare values and provides excellent customer service.
nSalary Range:
n$17.00 - $22.55 hourly
nThe referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

nEducation: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
nWork Experience Required: Previous medical office experience preferred
nLicense/Certification Required: n/a
nSkills: Microsoft Office, scheduling software, Epic preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
